Cancellation Policy for Live Events, Retreats and Seminars.
Once Attendee registers for a Live, in-person Event, Retreat, Seminar or similar, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition, incur upfront non-refundable hotel booking and attendance and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses and loss of business. If you are unsure of whether or not you can attend the event, do not register.
By registering for a Live Event, Retreat or Seminar you waive your right to receive a full refund of your purchase. At the discretion of the Promoters we typically will refund the deposit for a live event such as a retreat but not anything in addition to this. If you have already paid the full amount, if you cancel, you will receive only the deposit figure as stated within the individual event. No refund can be given after the stated date for a live event due to the full hotel and accommodation fees already been paid. See individual event for details.
If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event after you have registered, we will possibly be able to transfer your ticket to someone else you give us to substitute for you.
Please do not register yourself, or a guest, unless you are absolutely 100% sure and committed you will attend.
Your Travel Arrangements
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the Seminar are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.
