WHERE IS THE MEETING TAKING PLACE?
This meeting is online but this is not another Zoom call.
We will be using a new, easy-to-use software platform to help you 'move around' the virtual venue and create meaningful connections with fellow attendees.
The name of the software is called Airmeet.
This seminar will provide you with practical techniques and small group work as well as lectures on the main stage.
In between the main sessions, the lounge will remain open for you to be able to connect with other attendees there too.
Once you register, you will be sent the link to the membership site with extra modules and the discussion forum. The link to the Airmeet event will be sent out just before the event starts on the 15th April 2023.

Where is this meeting taking place?
This event will use a special type of online meeting software called Airmeet that will enable you to move around and join discussions in a virtual lounge or attend the Main Stage area. This enables more fluid connection and interaction with speakers and other attendees.
Why are there different prices?
Prices are based on how soon you book. Early bird will expire on 4th April, leaving the regular price until 15th April. Prices will end at 23.59 London time for the specified dates apart from 15th April when sales will end at 3pm BST.
Why do I get a Membership site in addition to the Retreat?
Although the event is on 15th April 2023, as soon as you sign up you will gain access to an exclusive membership site that has extra modules containing a mini course on bio-energy.
You can get started with forum discussions, videos and receive event announcements.
So you can start connecting straight away even before the event begins.
Will this event be recorded?
The main benefit of this event is participating when the event is live. We intend to have recordings released in case your time zone causes you to miss some of the events.
What are the technical requirements for me to join?
You will need the same equipment as a Zoom meeting including
- A Chrome Web Browser - (no need to download an app).
- A webcam
- Headphones
- A microphone - either standalone or through your computer
- A strong internet connection
- Give Airmeet and Chrome permission to use your camera and Microphone.
You do not need to download any special apps.
Airmeet has Green Screen support but it isn't great so you might want to make sure your background looks good!
N.B. There is an Airmeet App for smartphones but it does not have full functionality so it is not recommended.
A Special Link will be emailed to you a few days before the event so you can access the Seminar.
